What happens if..?

It’s often said that travel offers endless possibilities.
We take care to imagine many of these on your behalf
– so if something unexpected happens, we’ve already planned for it.

If your school group misses your flight into Asia, we’ll do our best to adjust your itinerary so that you maximise your time in-country.

Climates vary across Asia, and on rare occasions our school trips can encounter extreme hot or cold weather. We keep a constant watch on local weather forecasts and adjust our itinerary on days affected by weather extremes.

If a situation arises that means we can’t travel to our destination, we’ll either divert your trip, or reschedule it to an alternative time.

In the unlikely scenario that your trip is affected by natural disaster, heightened security risk or other emergency, we’ll arrange a swift evacuation at no cost to your school.

If a student has to cancel their participation for medical reasons, travel insurance will typically cover the cost of their trip. Many students are covered for foreign travel by their school’s insurance policy. Alternatively, we can provide you with competitive travel insurance for your trip.

We’ll connect you quickly to the best medical care across Asia, and will serve as professional interpreters to local medical staff. Our medical providers include International SOS (all countries), Bumrungrad International (Thailand, Laos and Cambodia), International Medical Relief (East Asia), Naga Clinic (Myanmar, Thailand and Cambodia) and Family Medical Clinic (Vietnam and Cambodia).

Our company directors will attend any serious emergency.
