Vietnam
Community service, rural and urban adventure,
cross-cultural exchange
Weaving north to south in a narrow S-shape, Vietnam’s dense jungles, highland hill tribes and culturally vibrant cities offer true adventure and exploration – ideal for young, inquiring minds.
Since taking our first school trips to Vietnam in 1999, we’ve developed long-term partnerships with local communities, schools and organisations. Our trust-based relationships give you privileged access to Vietnam’s diverse people and the community service projects they’ve co-designed.
During your tour, you’ll have endless opportunities for cross-cultural exchange. You’ll meet war veterans, ethnic minority groups, primary and high school students, and children with a disability. So you can interact with confidence, our pre-departure briefing teaches you important Vietnamese etiquette, like when to remove your shoes and why not to touch people’s heads.

DESIGN YOUR OWN UNIQUE CURRICULUM
Every trip we run is customised to your school’s curriculum, budget, student needs and educational goals. Here are just some of the exciting ways your students can learn in Vietnam:
Explore urban life in Vietnam's sprawling cities
Maneouvre through motorbikes in Ho Chi Minh City and uncover commerce in Hanoi’s historic Old Quarter. Cycle the imperial ruins of Hue, or consider conflict from underground in the Cu Chi tunnels. Make peace with the past inside Vietnam’s famous war prisons, museums and mausoleums.

By letting your students co-design their Vietnam tour, you’ll give them ownership over their activities and agenda. You’ll also make sure your school trip meets their specific strengths, interests and knowledge gaps.
In Vietnam, your students can choose from a range of fun local activities like:

Adventure with purpose in the central highlands (International Award)
